Please understand why this Wrench icon appears on the meter.

The power meter is in an overvoltage condition >> this might be due to two conditions either the PT voltage is exceeding or the Auxiliary Voltage is exceeding the range.

Maintenance steps: Check the meter connections, checking voltage & settings in the meter, cross-check for loose connection, cross-check system details as per the wiring.

The energy LED is in an overrun state: The energy pulsing LED is for the Energy pulses used for alarm notification, So for proper pulsing reduce the energy pulse per second, so that no overlap.

Refer to the user manual.

So we recommend checking the LED Pulse setting & Voltage values are good.

when the setting for LED pulse is above the set values that are sometimes the pulse per second is very high then there will be high overlap and will cause this.

Also, check for the AUX voltage supply and also the VT setting and voltage that is read. Also the pulse .. LED pulse setting.
