Schneider Electric General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (October 2021 Version) (Japan)

These Schneider Electric General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (“Terms and Conditions”) accompanies and are incorporated into Purchase Orders by reference issued by Schneider Electric, and collectively with the Purchase Order, these Terms and Conditions govern and apply to Schneider Electric’s purchase of certain Products and/or Services from a Supplier and the Supplier’s provision of such Products and/or Services to Schneider Electric, except and unless Schneider Electric and the Supplier have executed a prior written agreement (“Agreement”) for such purchase and supply, whereupon the terms and conditions of that Agreement shall apply and govern, instead of these Terms and Conditions for the Purchase Order.
