Causes and Fixes
In fact , the printing is made according to the form feed parameter in the XBTF:
Automatic form feed = yes --> A paper will be printed each time the XBT send the command.
Automatic form feed = no --> The printing will be done when there are enough text for one sheet.
For the alarms appearance, even if the XBTF is configurated as "automatic form feed", the printing is still kept in the buffer until it's full.
This is due to the internal function of the XBTF.
There is an indicator on the printer who shows if there is data in the buffer. So , if it is "On", the operator can manually launch the printing.
This parameter can be selected in XBTL1000, menu " configuration" --> terminal configuration -->printer
or in the terminal --> system pages --> printer parameters.
