We have an softstarter ATS48C48Q that is displaying the OCF code. We have been following the instruction on User´s Manual : checking the motor and wiring.

We have a softstarter ATS48C48Q that is displaying the OCF code. We followed the instruction on User´s Manual : Checking the motor and wire isolation, by-pass circuits testing, and the others recommendations. We did not find anything that explains the situation. The OCF code is displayed randomly, in anytime, inclusive without the RUN command order and without main power supply on L1-L2-L3 . Could you say us what another causes are possible? We already have changed the control board, but the result is the same : the OCF code continues displaying.

In case of OCF error without Run command , there is several potential damage on the component

• The power board ( bad soldering , component issue on channel measurement current)
• Thyristor damage
• Current sensor

These component could be change OR  change completely the product
