How to create a Cyrillic keyboard in the Vijeo Designer?

The String keypad allows to enter ASCII characters; it doesn't allow to enter Cyrillic characters.
The goal of this document is to describe the different steps in order to create the Cyrillic keyboard in Vijeo Designer.

Assume that the regional settings are configured on the PC in order to get the Russian Keyboard.
