Issue
The purpose of this resolution is to inform Momentum M1E users that the IEC Exec. has been upgraded (Feb. 2008) to version 1.29.

Resolution
IEC Exec version 1.29 resolves the following issues:

1) Under certain conditions, the M1E would not respond to a second ARP.
2) If two or more MSTR TCP function blocks (i.e. Read_Reg) are programmed and active at the same time, periodically one of the blocks could freeze operation for 3-5 minutes, then recover on its own.
3) PSH flag is no longer set in the SYN and FIN packets. This caused communication problems between the M1E and a third-party device.
4) Fixes an issue in the M1E web page where the 'TCP Retry' counter would increment every time a TCP MSTR block was activated.

Installing IEC Exec. v.1.29 resolves the above-mentioned issues.
