Drives state when the auto decel ramp adapt feature is engaged

Cause:
Needs to know the status of the drive when auto decel ramp adapt is activated.
Resolution:
When the stop order is given, the drive state is "DEC" and if this is needed (brA=Yes) the drive will raise the deceleration time but the state stays to "DEC" until the motor is stopped then the state goes in "rdY".
