PSE projects with ION protocol devices.

Cause:
Since the ION protocol is newly supported by PSE, it is useful to have a help document that describes how the ION devices communicate and how their tags are addressed.

Resolution:
Attached is the help file for the ION Driver. Some of the key topics that this help file covers are: Configuring Variable Tags, Supported Data Types, .ini Parameters, and Ethergate connections.
