Cause
The SEPAM device's waveform capture does not contain the information required for PME to process a PQ event like with other metering products. Therefore the PQ reports, both web and Excel, will not extract SEPAM waveform data.
Resolution
Not possible to export waveforms directly from inside PME. However it is possible to copy the COMTrade files stored on the PME server from the SEPAM devices.
The SEPAM stores the waveforms natively on the device in COMTrade format. The PME driver downloads and converts these into ION waveforms that are then stored in the database like any other device, but it also saves the raw COMTrade files to disk. These COMTrade files can be exported from the server and imported into any standard COMTrade viewing application.
The SEPAM COMTrade files are located in the [PME install folder]\config\translators\onboardFiles directory.
