How to solve the connection with "Monitor mode" after log off uncorrectly

M340 PLC didn't log off correctly.  Now the customer can only log in in monitor mode.  Is there any way to fix this problem without restarting the PLC.
The answer is "Just keep trying and it eventually lets you connect".
