Customer sees the following error when attempting to export a report from within StruxureWare Building Operation Workstation:

When looking in the documentation (user guide for SBO) there is a note that appears to be related to this issue as follows:

NOTE: In some systems, when attempting to export a Report from Building Operation Workstation, rather than downloading the XML file directly, Power Monitoring Expert tries to open a new browser window. This can result in a unsuccessful download. If this occurs, contact Schneider Support Services.
