The default vista diagram for a meter type has been edited and must be to restored it to its default configuration.

Cause:
If an edit is made to the template diagram, such as linking it to a specific node, that change will reflect across all diagrams for devices of that type. For example if a voltage measurement on the template diagram is linked to a specific node it will now only pull the voltage measurement from that device no matter which device of that type is being viewed.
