What is the minimum load require for accurate readings for PF(Phasor readings)?
A load of 10% of the CT rating is generally required because of the level of noise at that <10% level. You can troubleshoot the wiring issues better if the load is over 10% but it is not always required. If the phasors look close to normal then I would suggest adding more load to determine if something needs to be rewired.
Note: For 3090SCCT CTs shipped after June 2017, Schneider Electric states the minimum load required to be 5%.
For example, a 3090SCCT124 with a 1200A maximum requires a 120A load to accurately determine the phasor wiring.
Note: If reaching out to Technical support for assistance in phasor wiring it is best to have loads greater than 10%.
Is there a 3090SCCT smaller than 200:5?

Which wire is the positive and negative for the 3090SCCT?
X1, S1, or H1 is the positive wire.
X2, S2, or H2 is the negative wire.
Schneider Electric model SCCT current transformers identify the X1 wire as WHITE and the X2 wire as BLACK.

What is the 3090SCCT series New Nomenclature part number?
The new nomenclature part number of the 3090SCCT series is the 5A Split-Core Current Transformers METSECTSP5A****U, where the “****” are the digits that determine the CT’s size and amperage. For example, the METSECTSP5A3080U is a medium size 800A CT, whereas the METSECTSP5A4080U is a large size 800A CT. See the following link for more information.
