How to apply the permanent license to the Azzo KPI Calculation Engine Report in PME8.x

Issue

The AZZO KPI Calculation Engine Report installs with a 30‑day trial license.
A permanent license must be applied to continue using the report after the trial expires.

PME with AZZO KPI Calculation Engine Report installed

AZZO report pack licensing (.PKT file)

Cause

The KPI Calculation Engine Report uses a trial PKT license file.
A permanent PKT license must be installed to unlock full functionality.

Resolution

1. Request the Permanent License from AZZO

To obtain the permanent AZZO KPI Engine Report license:

1. Contact your regional BDS or Sales Agent to approve the purchase of the AZZO license.
2. The BDS/Sales Agent sends the PME Activation ID to the AZZO software team.
3. The AZZO team issues the permanent .PKT license file and sends it via email.
