The M221 PLC does not go in RUN mode if I am plugged in only by USB cable
Issue:
While online (Logged in from the SoMchine Basic or EcoStruxure Machine Expert-Basic software) with a M221 PLC it is impossible to put it into Run mode.

Resolution:
If PLC is only powered with the USB connection, you can not put the PLC into Run mode. You need to supply the PLC with power on the appropriate terminals to be able to have it in RUN mode.
