Customer would like to know how to sort items in ION Setup.

Cause
When adding meters and gateways in ION Setup, items are listed in the order that they are added in and some customers would like to sort them differently.

Resolution
Please navigate to Tools>Options, select the View tab, and check the "Sort Network Items" box.
