On Windows 10 the Schneider MBX Driver V8.1 installation runs correctly but none MBX communication occurs.

In fact, it appears that installation doesn’t run correctly and none of the Cyberlogic service were installed on the system.
To check this point, the easy way is to control if the License Type, the Serial Number and the Activation Status are empty. To do it open the Cyberlogic Product Information or the Diagnostic tab to the MBX Configuration screen.

Opening the Microsoft event viewer, it is possible to see that an access denied error from the Service Control Manager during the MBX Driver installation was reported. This can occur on PC where you are Administrator but not with the right needed for a successful installation. Here we have to go to your IT department in order to have full administrative right to install Windows drivers and services

You have to have full administrative right to install Windows drivers and services.
