Cause
The citect webclient is not added to the list of Trusted Sites.
Resolution
To add the citect webclient to the list of trust sites
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Navigate to the citect webclient webpage. For example http://win-l5ta9nc39v3/citect/
3. Click Tools > Internet Options.
4. On the Internet Options window, select the Security tab.
5. On the Security Tab, click on the Trusted Sites in "Select a zone to view or change security settings."
6. Click on the Sites button.
7. In the "Add this website to the zone:", enter the citect webpage and click Add.
8. Click Close.
9. Click Ok to close the Internet Options window.
10. Refresh the Internet Explorer window to show the changes.
