Display data and log space information for a database
** Warning: Only those familiar with SQL server and PME should be working with SQL Management Studio. Making direct modifications to the PME databases can leave a system inoperable and require restoration from back ups. **
1) Log in to SQL Management Studio
2) Expand the databases folder, right click ION_Data, select Reports < Standard Reports < 'Disk Usage'
3) To export the report, right click anywhere on the report and select Export and select Excel, PDF or Word
