Power Monitoring Expert (PME) Real time tables and Trends do not load data
Issue
Real Time Tables and Trends web application fail to display any real time data. Historical data can be displaced in the trends. Diagrams and Vista are able to display real time data.

Cause
PME uses undocumented port to connect to the Realtime Data Service
Resolution
Allow connections on TCP Port 23102 in the windows Firewall. To test if Windows Firewall is causing the issue user can stop the Windows Firewall Service and verify that data is being accessed via the web applications.
Note this port is included in later versions of the PME system guide.
