What is the way to register SFT2841 without connecting the PC to the network or to the internet?

Due to security reasons, some PCs are not allowed to be connected to the internet or network and not allowed to have connection with foreign USB dongle or USB stick. If this is the case, the only option to register SFT2841 is by using the “register by phone” option.
