Resolution
Prior to SoMachine V4.3 Patch 2, an activation code was required to get the OPC UA feature to be licensed and activated.
This activation code was provided through tech support at no additional cost.
With Patch 2 applied to SoMachine v4.3, the OPC UA no longer requires an activation code.
SoMachine v4.3 Patch 2 is available through the Schneider Electric Software Update tool (SESU).
Note: The current iteration of SoMachine is now EcoStruxure Machine Expert v2.1
