How can I perform a factory reset on my S-flex drive system?
Issue:
Reset S-flex to factory settings.
Product line:
S-flex enclosed systems (SFD212XXXXX)
Environment:
All models, All serial numbers.
Cause:
The factory reset process for the open style ATV212 drive and enclosed S-flex systems are very different. It is important that the correct process be followed.
Resolution:
Make sure the S-flex system does not have a command to run.
Press Mode (ESC if using the full graphic keypad)
Scroll down until TYP (Parameter reset) is found and press Enter.
Press the up arrow until the number on the right is 8 (recall parameters) and then press Enter. The drive will reboot and will be returned to factory control settings for the S-flex system.
