If the Altivar drive is added to a PLC via its Altivar DTM (device type manager) then the whole command word (CMD) is managed by ecostruxure machine expert and so function blocks running in machine expert will not allow to write single bit of CMD word.
The only solution today is to add the device as a generic Modbus TCP device (not via Altivar DTM) and configure I/O scanner manually. Then you can write every single bit of CMD word by your machine expert program.
