Can X80 modules that start with BME- be used with M340?

Issue:
I am configuring my M340 in Control Expert and unable to select modules that begin with the BME- prefix such as BME NOC 03X1, BME NOP 0300, BME NOS 0300, BME AHI 0812.
I am also unable to select any of the partner modules such as the PME SWT 0100.
Why can't these modules be used with the M340?

M340, M580, X80, BMX, BME

Environment:
EcoStruxure Control Expert
Unity Pro

Resolution:
The X80 IO and Communication modules that start with the BME- or PME- prefix require the use of the dual X-bus and Ethernet portions of the BME backplanes.
Therefore, these modules are only compatible with the M580 CPUs and not M340.
