Vijeo Designer 6.2 cannot launch after updating to Windows 10 build 1903
Issue:
After upgrading to Windows 10 Build 1903, Vijeo Designer V6.2 no longer launches and gives error code (0xc0150002).

Resolution:
Upon updating to Windows 10 Build 1903, Vijeo Designer 6.2 may fail to launch. The new update provided by Microsoft somehow disturbs the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 SP1 C++ Redistributable libraries required by Vijeo Designer. The solution is to re-install the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 SP1 C++ Redistributable libraries using the attached file installation package.
NOTE: Windows 10 build 1903 may also block running any file that did not originate from the Microsoft App Store. To workaround this, you will need to goto Settings->Apps->Apps & Features and change the setting for "Choose where to get apps" from "The Microsoft Store only (recommended)" to " Anywhere".
