How to resize Hierarchy Manager editor window in PME

Environment:
Power Monitoring Expert Hierarchy Manager.

Product Line:
PME 8.x, PME 9
PME 2020

Description of the issue:
In some scenarios when you use long hierarchy architecture and you have a huge list then you may see that the hierarchy editor window or each column in the editor window is not able to fit all the information.

Cause:
By default, the hierarchy editor window is not resizable

Resolution:
For PME2020, PME2020 CU1 and PME2020 CU2, kindly contact your technical support center and request Hotfix_Bug105047

For PME9 and PME8.x

Open ..\Power Monitoring Expert\Applications\HierarchyManager\Scripts\HierarchyManager

To change the behavior of the editor window open "view.nodedetails.js" using notepad ​for editing.
Update the "resizable:" parameter to "true" and save.

To change the behavior of the column in the editor window open "view.editor.reference.js" using notepad ​for editing.
Update the "resizable:" parameter to "true" and save.

You may have to restart the browser and IIS for the change to take effect.
