How to select a CANopen file (*.co) in the TSX CPP 110 configuration screen of Premium platform?
1. Issue
In Unity Pro or EcoStruxure Control Expert software, the following popup could be displayed on TSX CPP 110 screen validation after selecting a *.co file of the Sycon tool:
“Cannot load configuration from the database specified!
Error when reading configuration from DBM file. (…)”
2. Product Line
Unity Pro / EcoStruxure Control Expert, Sycon, TSX CPP 110 CANopen PCMCIA card
3. Resolution
The complete name (path + file name) of the *.co file selected in the TSX CPP 110 screen must be less than or equal to 126 characters.
The directory containing the CANopen file must also have read/write access.
