Getting premature schedule manufacturer maintenance alarm on Masterpact MTZ Micrologic X control unit
Issue:
Why am I getting a scheduled maintenance alarm when the breaker is brand new and recently placed into service?
Sched. Manufact. maintenance within 3 months Id: 0x1482
Product Line: Circuit Breakers
Environment: Masterpact MTZ with Micrologic X control unit
Resolution:
The commissioning date within the control unit may have been left blank. Use EcoStruxure Power Commision (EPC) commissioning software to correctly fill in the commissioning date. See attached screen shot, to locate commissioning date in EPC.
