Java web pages for the Modbus Plus Proxy module returns a blank window.
If you try to open a web page that contains a Java applet, a blank window could get returned.
This will occur if the IP address for the Java security exception is not defined.
To make an exception for the IP address of the Modbus Plus Proxy module,

To make an exception for the IP address of the Modbus Plus Proxy module,
- Open the Control Panel for Windows
- Open the Java control panel
- Click on 'Security'.
- Click on 'Edit Site List.
- Enter the IP address (i.e., http://172.23.13.217) of the Modbus Plus Proxy module.
Note: In addition to the IP address of the module, the Modbus TCP/IP port 502 must also be defined in
the list (i.e., http://172.23.13.217:502)
