Why Link150 Firmware Upgrade Fail with the Upgrade Tool V3.0 ?
Issue
Few of the EGX150 units when upgraded using the upgrade tool, fail to upgrade and cause the device to be in boot mode.
Environment
EGX150 when firmware upgraded from 5.0.24 version to 5.1.22 version using, 3.0 version of upgrade tool.
Cause
The mass upgrade tool is not stable to support the upgrade from very old version to the latest versions.
Resolution
Prefer the upgrade of the Link150 through Web Pages.
The Upgrade Tool was removed from se.com. Please do not share the tool for the moment.
A fix will be developed for the tool and will be available again with the package firmware on se.com.
