User could use V.24 interface to reset admin password if it is forgotten. User needs to backup the configurations of switch before reset operation as all configurations will be cleared to default after that.

The V.24 interface is an RJ11 socket with RS232 interface.
Operation steps:
1.Run putty and select serial port
2.Connect to V.24 of switch and power cycle
3.Press <1>to enter System Monitor 1 ..
4.In System Monitor 1, Press <5> ,then Press <Enter> to confirm
5.After reset ,Press any button to continue
6.Press <4>to power cycle switch
