When you trying preform "Complete Manufacturing" or "Export to Facility Expert" from EcoStruxure Power Commissioning tool , you might get the error message "Export was not successful as few of the device(s) belongs to multiple hierarchies".
Refer the error message as an example:
When you see such error message, you need to understand that one or few devices from your switchboard are already present under a different switchboard from another project.
To really check which device or devices are present in other switchboards you need to download EcoStruxure Power Commissioning logs.
From the logs you will find something like this :

Log Error: 0 : 16/06/2022 09:11:23.334 : Duplicate device details for multiple topologies in search (INVALID_SEARCH)
Panel Details: Comm.Ref - SWITCHBOARD_LV SerialNum -NA-9843
Topology Id :86c76e4b-29c8-4671-aa09-c7d91f5d5722 Commercial Reference: LUCB18BL Serial Number: 3N2201310001
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The commercial reference and serial number of the device listed in above example in current project is already present under some other switchboard of a different project (owned by a different user).
So to unblock yourself you can delete this device/devices from your current project and perform "Complete Manufacturing". or "Export to Facility Expert which should be success.

How to download EcoStruxure Power Commission logs :
You can download the logs by clicking on the three three lines highlighted in blue in below Picture 1. By clicking on this, you will be navigated to "Menu" where you can click on "Download logs" which is shown in Picture 2

The downloaded file will be a Zip file with name: "EcoStruxurePowerCommission_Logs".
Unzip the file and you will see a file "application" as given in below screen shot. Open this file and you will see the duplicate devices which you need to delete.
