"There was a problem loading the Configuration Applications" Error in PME Web application

Issue
Web Applications will open and load but will see the error "There was a problem loading the Configuration Applications". Unable to access any of the application tools.

Cause
Power Monitoring Expert leverages several ION services. A list of these services can be found as an attachment to this article. The ION Application Modules Provider Engine Host Service hosts web services that provide data processing for the Web Applications component and should be set to automatic. Without this service running, Web Applications will not be able to access the necessary data to be used.

Resolution

1. Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools.
2. Select Windows Services.
3. Set ION Application Modules Provider Engine Host Services by right-clicking the service, selecting Properties, and selecting Automatic from the Startup Type Menu. Press Start. Select OK.
4. Return to PME web applications and refresh the page
