Power Quality Performance Module Not Showing Data

Issue
The Power Quality Performance Module is not updating.  Event logs do not update. Status objects on diagram do not reflect changes.

Cause

1. There has been a recent change to the certificate binding, restricting the HTTP port and enabling the HTTPS port.
2. The local server address in the SQL server database has been hardcoded.

Resolution

Before continuing, confirm that VIP.PQADVISOR has been correctly configured.

Resolution 1:

1. Verify that all steps were taken in FA309041 to restrict HTTP port access and enable HTTPS access. Particularly, check that the web config file has been properly commented to reflect changes.

2. Verify that the ION_Network and Application_Modules database has been reconfigured so that the local server address reflects the proper domain name.
   1. Example:
3. Confirm that HTTPS binding has been deleted from the site bindings.
4. Confirm host is pointing to the correct domain name.

Resolution 2

1. Open Designer. Navigate to VIP.PQADVISOR.

2. Confirm that each XML Import Module reflects the correct URL address.

3. Reinitialize the diagrams.
