Why does my SRTL2K2RM1UC, SRTL2K2RM1UNC, SRTL3KRM1UC, or SRTL3KRM1UNC not turn the output on automatically after a power outage?
Issue:
The UPS may have trouble auto restarting after input power is restored to your SRTL2K2RM1UNC, SRTL2K2RM1UC, SRTL3KRM1UNC, or SRTL3KRM1UC units

Resolution:
In firmware's 06.1 IDs 1034/1035 and later, we improved the output auto-restart mechanism according to the input power status. The output power should turn back on as long as input power is acceptable and the unit is not in a fault state.
Please follow FAQ https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA164737/ in order to upgrade your UPS firmware to 06.1 or later.
