Insertion loss on UPS data filters

Is there any insertion loss or data loss when using filters from APC UPS products?

Answer:
Generally, our filters can meet the 10 or 100 or 1000 Base-T Channel requirement with a max of 100 Meters worth of ethernet line.
The ethernet speed should not be decreased if the signal path will meet the above stated channel requirement.
Although, the data line surge protector would protect the data however, it can attenuate the signal and make the integration affected but, it shall be not significant to be noticed.
If the filtered signal is bigger than the current margin of the filter (e.g. filtering a 1 GBPS line on a 100 MBPS filter) then it will definitely degrade the signal down.
