Resolution:

OSHPD stands for "Office Of Statewide Health Planning And Development". This is a government group for the state of California in charge of safety regulations for hospital buildings, financial assistance to healthcare institutions, collecting healthcare data and more. The state of California requires OSHPD approval for equipment in certain public installations. APC by Schneider Electric is now on the preapproved manufacturer's certification (OPM) list with the NetShelter Cabinets.

OSHPD is a seismic compliance rating. Our UPS does not carry OSHPD, however, it will have OSHPD or seismic rating when the UPS is installed in a seismic rated NetShelter ™ cabinet. Therefore, there is no available OSHPD sticker specifically for Smart UPS units.
