My UPS shows EPO Activated when the system enable switch is toggled
Issue:
Smart-UPS Ultra 5-10kva displays "EPO Activated" when toggling the system enable switch
Product Line:
Smart-UPS Ultra 5-10kva models: SRTL5KRM2UI, SRTL5KRM2UT, SRTL8KRM4UI, SRTL8KRM4UT, SRTL10KRM4UI, SRTL10KRM4UT
Cause:
This is normal behavior from the UPS. When the System Enable switch is toggled on the back of the UPS, "EPO Activated" alarm will show.
Resolution:
Please press OK (checkmark) to clear the EPO alarm.
In order to properly perform a Logic Reset or Braindead on this UPS, please follow FAQ000267847.
