Why the Schneider PLC USB Driver used for M340 and M580 PLC can’t be seen after installation?
1.Context
In certain conditions, it could happen that the installation of the SchneiderPLCUSBDriverSuite finish without error and getting the message that the driver is well installed like on the following screenshot.
However, the PLC USB Driver can’t be seen inside the driver manager :

2. How to solve
To solve this problem, please follow the step below :
- Stop ‘NetAccess Service’ in Services manually.
- Delete C:\windows\System32\UsbConnect.exe , If you can’t delete it, rename it as other name.
- Re-install the SchneiderPLCUSBDriverSuite.exe.
