Smart UPS Modular Ultra shows RS232 Communication Entry
Issue:
The UPS shows RS232 comm alarm detected 140B-0000 entry every few seconds on the display and power event log.

Resolution:
The firmware has been improved to correctly handle the situation that causes the entry to appear repeatedly in the log.
Please upgrade the UPS to at least firmware 17.0, then clear all alarms if needed.

If the alarm returns after upgrading the firmware, please contact support.
