Easy-UPS Li-ion 1-3kVA - NMC Reports Cell Overvoltage on the Battery Pack

Problem:
The NMC web interface reports a battery pack cell overvoltage.
Answer:
To stop this alarm from showing on the NMC, the firmware on the NMC must be upgraded to the latest version and the battery pack firmware must be upgraded. Please see the attachments for the battery pack firmware upgrade process, the required software and the firmware file.
