How to delete a Smart-UPS from the SmartConnect portal?

Solution:
To delete a Smart-UPS from the SmartConnect portal, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to the SmartConnect portal:
  2. Locate the UPS you want to delete from the Dashboard.

3.  Click "View UPS."
4.  Scroll to the bottom of the page. Under Delete Device, click "Delete UPS."

Note: This action deletes all UPS data, including UPS profile details, UPS event logs, and warranty extension details. This action cannot be undone.
Any events that occur after the UPS is registered with a subsequent account will be logged to the event log, and any configured email notifications will be sent, as expected.
If you cannot access the SmartConnect account where the UPS is registered, please contact Schneider Electric Technical Support and provide the following:
  • A clear photo of the UPS showing the white sticker label with the model and serial number

  • A copy of your invoice or purchase order that includes the UPS.
