Cause:
The SRT series is an all-new generation of Double Conversion Online Smart-UPS. The updated UPS platform does not support all legacy accessory cards.
Resolution:
The following accessory cards are currently compatible with all SRT models:
AP9630, AP9631 Network Management Cards - Requires firmware SUMX v618 or later
AP9613 - Dry Contact Relay I/O Card
AP9620 Legacy Communications Card
AP9620 Legacy Communications Card
AP9614 - Dry Contact Relay I/O Card (new release)
In addition, SRT models 5Kva and larger include an embedded Network Management Card.
The embedded NMC supports the following accessories:
AP9335T (temperature probe, supplied with UPS)
AP9335TH (temperature and humidity probe)
AP9810 (relay I/O dongle) through the universal I/O port on the back of the UPS
