Browsing the Diagram Application in Web applications displays the error message "The stylesheet is too complex"

.Net Framework 4.5 and later
Cause
With changes to the .Net Framework in 4.5, if a diagram has more than 170 status objects on a single page this error message is displayed.
Resolution
SPM 7 does not officially support .Net 4.5. This issue does not occur if using .Net 4.0 or later versions of Software.
