Issue
Accessing the Diagrams (WebReach) fails to connect to the database with the following error message:



Error with GenerateHTML: Cannot open database "ION_Data" requested by the login. The login failed.

Cause
This can occur if the web page times out or there is a momentary laps in connection to the database.

Resolution
In many cases, closing out of the browser and logging back into the website will re-establish the database connection.
