What does a PHF fault mean on an ATV320 drive?

Product line:
Altivar 320 / ATV320
Cause:
Loss of input voltage on L1, L2 or L3
Resolution:
  • Check for phase loss or phase imbalance
  • Check the line voltage power, input connections and/or fuses
  • Check to see if input power is single phase
  • Reset the drive ( power cycle )
  • Disable the detection by setting input phase loss to “nO” ( parameter iPL in Fault management menu FLt- submenu iPL- ) This is only possible when drive is not running ( display “rdY”)
  • Then check the 3-phase power is balanced ( measurement of current in all phases )
