Resolution:
The new features are described below:

-Control Expert V14.1 DFB and Program Units private members access
-Access to DFB instances private members, including nested DFBs , for data dictionary symbol link.
-Access to Program Units private members, including DFB instances, for data dictionary symbol link.
The application data dictionary must be configured accordingly in Control Expert.

-Control Expert EBOOL instances Force status management
When forced, a EBOOL instance good quality is OPC_QUALITY_LOCAL_OVERRIDE (0xD8) instead of     OPC_QUALITY_GOOD (0xC0).

- Windows Server 2019 support
- Silent install support
Open a command line, run silentsetup.exe located on the setup image root and follow the instructions.
