Username and Password is invalid after install a program via VML file on Harmony HMIST6 series

Issue:

Unable to log into features that require my username and password

EcoStruxure Operator Terminal Expert, Harmony HMIST6

Resolution:

When defining any username and password in your EcoStruxure Operator Terminal application, it is important to download the application either by USB Cable or Ethernet. During download, remember to choose the option to "Overwrite System Settings" to ensure that the security information is added/overwritten properly. When installing via VML file, these settings are retained and not overwritten.
