Is EVlink Pro AC compatible with the TIC protocol and the French smart meter Linky ?

Yes, by adding the accessory board, reference EVA1MTH / Installation guide GEX2219201.
It is connectable to Historical & Standard TIC and compatible with 3-phase or single-phase
The configuration is done using eSetup,(see below) .
